These terms explain the basic service expectations for recurring and one-time cleanups provided by Indianapolis Poop Scoop, an assumed business name of Cotterman Home Services LLC.
Waste disposal
All collected pet waste is securely bagged and placed in the customer’s accessible outdoor trash receptacle. Indianapolis Poop Scoop does not transport pet waste off the property. Customers must provide access to an outdoor trash receptacle on the scheduled service day.
Yard and gate access
Customers must provide safe access to the service area and leave the gate unlocked or provide a working access code. We close and check the gate after service. If the yard or trash receptacle cannot be accessed safely, we will contact the customer.
Pets during service
Please keep dogs inside while we are working unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance. This helps us clean thoroughly and keeps customers, pets, and team members safe.
Pricing and first visits
Recurring plans include up to two dogs unless otherwise stated. Additional-dog charges apply as shown on the pricing page. A $45 initial cleanup includes up to 30 minutes. If additional time is needed, it is charged at $1 per minute, and we will notify the customer before adding the charge.
Weather and unsafe conditions
Light rain usually does not stop service. Severe weather, unsafe yard conditions, inaccessible areas, or other conditions that prevent safe work may require a schedule change. We will communicate any delay by phone, text, or email.
Recurring service and cancellation
Recurring service does not require a long-term contract. Customers may pause or cancel by contacting us before the next scheduled visit.
Clean-yard promise
If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right.
