Here are the details most customers want to know before enrolling.
Is there an initial cleanup charge?
Yes. New recurring customers begin with a $45 initial cleanup, which includes up to 30 minutes. If heavy accumulation requires more time, additional time is $1 per minute. We’ll notify you before adding any extra charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can access the yard, you can go about your day. We’ll secure the gate and let you know when the cleanup is complete.
What happens with the waste?
We securely bag all collected waste and place it in your accessible outdoor trash receptacle. Indianapolis Poop Scoop does not transport pet waste off the property.
Can my dogs be outside?
Please keep dogs inside while we’re working unless we’ve arranged otherwise. It lets us clean thoroughly and keeps everyone safe.
What happens when the weather is bad?
Light rain usually won’t stop service. Severe weather or unsafe yard conditions may cause a delay, and we’ll communicate any schedule change by phone, text, or email.
How do I provide gate access?
Leave the gate unlocked on your service day or include the access code in your enrollment notes. We’ll close and secure the gate when we leave.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contract. If you need to pause or cancel recurring service, call, text, or email us before your next scheduled visit.
